life after disney, becoming a campus rep!

hard at work as a campus rep!! :)

as all of you know, after the end of my program i decided to stay on board with the disney company but in a different part of the company. campus recruiting. i am a campus rep at AUM and have been so busy for the past month getting ready for this week! there is a lot of time and effort that goes in to being a campus rep, but the rewards are incredible! you get points for EVERYTHING you do! and so far, i have been very successful with the point system. i have already earned 2 comp tickets for friends and family and am well on my way to earning 2 more. being a campus rep has taught me a lot about the company and what it is like to be on the other side to bring people into the company for the first time like so many others did for me. but the magic has definitely lived on! anytime i talk about it i still get the tears in my eyes, the goosebumps, and that big smile that disney puts on my face!!

we are hosting two presentations on our campus this week! we had one last night and that went really well. each rep we have presents on one of the different components that the program offers, living, learning, and earning. i am the earning girl! :) i focus my presentation on my work location mostly and all the different things i learned from thunder! my communication to language barriers, guest service, guest recovery, safety, and networking with my managers to get my foot in the door with the company. tonight will be our second presentation and we are expecting about the same crowd we had yesterday!!! and then after tonight it is just back to being a normal student who has been able to work for one of the leading companies in today's world!!!

sorry i haven't been updating a lot, i just don't have anything exciting in my life right now to talk about! it's really sad! but i have a few things lined up for the blog just don't know how long it could take!!! but i am working on it, and then spring break, DISNEY WORLD BOUND!!! :)

and as we say as a campus rep: dream it. do it. disney!
