my goodness i sure do miss updating on life in disney! but all things must come to an end, temporarily of course! i can't believe february is right around the corner! where did the time go? that means i have been home for a month now, and let's just say, millbrook alabama is definitely no orlando florida. so let me just catch you up with my life and what exactly has been going on..
1) school started...and for the most part, i enjoy my classes which include: a general business class, accounting, biology and lab, and american literature! i could do without literature but, i am sure i will do just fine! i have classes all day on monday and wednesdays! i may hate myself by the end of the semester for doing that, but it's a learning process. :) i am still at AUM, living with my mom and dad...but i do have some good and exciting news...i am transferring back to the university of alabama in the fall! ROLL TIDE! i sure do miss it up there, and i can't wait to get back! i have made 3 visits up to t-town already since i have been back, there is no doubt in my mind it has a special place in my heart!
2) work....well i sure do miss big thunder mountain! more than words can say!!! academy just isn't the same anymore and i honestly don't think any job will ever be the same for me. i do have fun, but the days drag when i am there! i find myself just wanting to be at home, in my room and studying! but i also have an interview on february 1st for the grandview ymca, summer camp counselor! i am really excited about that. we don't have an amusement park near me but i think spending the summer as a counselor could be pretty close to it! lol.
3) campus rep activities are in full swing! i can't wait to start advertising everything on campus, having information tables, putting up collateral, and answering questions from everyone! i just want everyone to know about my experience! lol. is that bad?? AUM has already started collecting the points. right now i am 1200 out of 2500 of the semester. and on the website we are ranked the number 4 school, that changes quickly though! but i do enjoy seeing my school on there!
i know this isn't as exciting as a disney world blog, but just hang in there with me guys! things will pick up...but i have decided to put one picture in every blog that i haven't used in past blogs that have to do with my time in disney. today we start with my graduation ears and certificate! :)
i guess that is all for now! but that is the excitement of alabama! :)i sure do miss all of you!!!!!!!
