now most people already have known about this for quite some time now. but this post is all about the wonderful new magic happening inside of diney world right now. FANTASYLAND EXPANSION

"....There will be four Disney classic-inspired areas or neighborhoods to explore. And one of the most unique offerings in those neighborhoods will be new interactive Storybook adventures with your favorite Disney princesses."

pixie hollow will also be joining along with the expansion so guests can meet their favorite disney fairies. and dumbo will still be around just in a whole new exciting adventure.

scheduled opening: 2013.

next is the return of The Electrical Parade along with a new firework show: Summer Nightastic!

the parade and fireworks will debut on june 6th with the parade beginning at 9pm and featuring tinkerbell and other fairies leading the parade on the new pixie hollow float. fireworks will begin at 10. this combination will run all the way until august 14th. after the august 14th, SpectroMagic and Wishes will be back!

and the newest disney announcement!!!! Disney's Art of Animation Resort

"....It’s a resort designed with families in mind. There will be amazing sights at the different themed wings of the resort, including a model of King Triton that’ll eventually be 35 feet tall and tower over guests. And Disney’s Art of Animation Resort will also have themed room interiors in its nearly 2,000 new units — 1,120 family suites in The Lion King, Cars and Finding Nemo wings and 864 themed rooms in The Little Mermaid wings. Suites will have both a living room and a bedroom, offering added space."

i am personally very excited about this. as a regular attendee of disney with my family every summer, stays in the disney resorts have become REGULAR! there is no option, we always stay on the grounds. it's betters the experience in so many ways. i have wondered when they were going to bring something similar to this. i imagined something different but at least they are bringing important aspects into the resorts. i am excited to be able to experience this resort.
