EPCOT: Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow!

hello all...not a lot to blog about as i just sit and wait for the arrival date to approach but i did come to the bright idea i will blog about one of my least favorite parks: EPCOT! now before you go and judge, i have good reasons as to why it's my least favorite, so read before you comment.

13 visits to the walt disney resort and almost every single time i can remember it has rained on the day we plan to visit epcot. which closes test track almost 95% of the time so all that leaves to do is soarin', mission space, and nemo right? well to me, that's what i used to believe until i joined the walt disney world fall 2010 dcp group on facebook. through this group i have been able to meet a lot of people i will be working with for the next couple of months. one person i have talked to on more than one occasion about epcot is Dave! he has only been to disney twice i believe and the kid knows more about the place than i do! and then he found out i hated epcot, ohhh i thought the world was going to end. needless to say i have learned a lot from him about it. epcot is sooo much more than the rides! it's a FUN, learning environment as well...introducing INNOVENTIONS! it's like a big playground for the future and it is something i have NEVER experienced in all my visits to the resort! so when it comes to experiencing epcot, i already have my friend to experience with so i do it the right way, thanks dave!!! :)

along with never experiencing innoventions, i also haven't explored all of the world showcase in epcot. world showcase is really just a big collection of pavilions that disney has built to represent 11 different countries: mexico, norway, china, germany, italy, united states, japan, morocco, france, united kingdom, and canada! so another plan is do a segway tour of epcot and hopefully cover all those place, and if not by segway, we will cover it by FOOD!! yeah, one of the things on my list of things-t0-do is to eat at every country in the world showcase!

it's safe to say, i am pretty stoked about this adventure with dave! this is only one of the many to come! so keep checking in and maybe i will update on every park, who knows. or just leave blog ideas in comments!
